I learned about the benefits of chaga from a friend last year and decided to try it. I have at least one cup of Chaga + Reishi or just Chaga every day. I have not been sick at all since making Baikal’s Chaga and/or Chaga + Reishi part of my daily regimen. That was one of the benefits from Chaga that made me start the tea. Bought this out of curiosity, after seeing so many people talking about it on tv. Once I tried it I was hooked, I add honey for sweetness and sit back and enjoy it.
Love the taste
I likes this tea alot. I put creamer and cinnamon in it. It taste good by itself if you enjoy tea plain. I don't notice any difference as far as health wise, but I'm sure Im getting some health benefits from it, well at least I hope I am.
