great relaxing way to get some chaga and reishi into the diet. part of the morning routine now. and although I drink it with breakfast my sleep is much improved, def attributable to this tea, probly the chaga portion

I had heard about the health benefits of these two mushrooms so I wanted to try this tea...it tastes like regular tea, nothing “mushroomy” or anything like that. Seriously you can’t tell. I add honey to mine sometimes. There’s lots of benefits— including anti-cancer properties— to enjoy! Definitely recommend.
